Fees and payment options (insurance, out-of-pocket, and out-of-network reimbursement) are explained on my Rates & Insurance page. If you want the simplest path, start there and then reach out if anything is unclear.

If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for part of your session fee. You typically pay upfront, then your plan reimburses after the claim is processed. I can provide documentation (often called a superbill) when appropriate. I also partner with Mentaya to help clients verify benefits and estimate reimbursement.

How it works: Rates & Insurance

For individual therapy, I accept most major commercial insurance plans depending on availability for insurance-based slots. If I’m not in-network with your plan, you can still work with me out-of-pocket and may be able to use out-of-network benefits.
