HOW I WORK WITH YOU

Sometimes, we need a safe space to express our feelings and explore our thoughts. AtReef Therapy provides just that: a judgment-free space for exploration, growth, and healing.

Your First Session 🪴

I provide individual and couple therapy to adults on a weekly and bi-weekly basis in 30-minute sessions and 60-minute sessions; however, an alternative schedule may be set to meet your needs.

My availability:

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm.

Saturday - Sunday: 4 pm - 7 pm.

Our first session usually requires more time to review initial paperwork, begin to know one another, understand the history of the problem, and learn what you are hoping to gain from therapy. This session is also a time for you to consider if I will be a good fit for your needs toward healing.

If you do not feel we are a good fit, I will be glad to help you with a referral.

Therapy is not just a one-size-fits-all. This means that your friend’s therapist may not be the right fit for you and your needs. It is very important to read your clinician bios as there are many types of mental health therapists. Make as many introductory calls as you need to get a feel for the therapist and ensure they are a good fit for you.

I am very open and easy to talk to as a therapist. I believe that we all need time to adjust. I have been through many ups and downs in my life and have found my way with a passion for helping others find what they seek. Together, we can uncover your uniqueness and discover your passion and ways that you can connect to your true self. With an ultimate goal of being happy, satisfied, and, most importantly, accepted.
