In this video, we will analyze the main problem that we have. So, what is actually wrong with me? In this video, I would like to explore the main reason we find ourselves in a conflict. It is actually quite simple; the problem we try to fix is not a problem but our own inner voice preventing us from making the right decision.
The key in self-help or any self-improvement is our understanding of the problem we have, and yes, the biggest problem is us. We tend to ignore the reality around us, and we tend to judge others for our own mistakes. Do you want to improve, then start by accepting that you are the first line that needs to be fixed, and then we can move on to fix other problems?

So, Why Do We Care?
On the eve of any new year, we commit to making changes in our lifestyle. How can we actually try to lose weight, quit smoking, cut back on alcohol consumption, or even try to find a more practical purpose in life?
One answer: As many times as it takes to get it right. But we have to first identify the main issue at hand.
Lasting change in life is challenging to achieve. Simply because many of our habits remain deeply ingrained within, specific core personality attributes also may be immutable. Yet all habits and character traits can be altered to varying levels. It’s never late for us to change, and with effort and more determination, it is possible to be the person you want to be, or at least someone closer to it.
Here are seven-steps for an effective problem-solving process.
- Identify your issues. Be clear about what problem is.
- Understand yours and everyone’s interests.
- List any possible solutions-options.
- Evaluate all your options.
- Select an option or options.
- Document your agreement(s).
- Agree on contingencies, monitoring, and or evaluation.
You didn’t reach your goal.
Just because you set a goal, it doesn’t mean you are going to get it soon. Many of our life’s toughest goals can take lots of attempts to be worthy. But if you take your time it will happen. Just go for it.
Here is a quick list of good goals:
- Dream job
- Finding my true love
- Saving enough money to be free
- Going on a wonderful trip
People who usually talk about success and personal development or and even write also have an advantage because you are talking about it so it can get embedded into you. So, my advice is to talk about them more.
Also, know that the best feeling about reaching any goal is the journey that it takes to get there. If all of our goals were easy, then you’d feel absolutely nothing at the end of each process.
