A Louis Vuitton logo on these earbuds will cost you $700
Master & Dynamic’s MW07 buds get a pricey new look
Louis Vuitton just announced the “new” pair of truly wireless earbuds — the all-new Louis Vuitton Horizon HORIZON Earphones — that cost a big $995 and only feature the fashion brand LV logo. However, despite a new paint job and name, this is not any new headphones at all. And that is a shame for LV they’re the Master & Dynamic MW07 buds that came out last year and are only $299. Instead of paying an already-too-expensive $299, you have to pay an extra $700 for the LV logo, via Hypebeast.
Master & Dynamic Partners With Louis Vuitton
We are excited to share that we have partnered with Louis Vuitton as they enter the audio market with a collection of unique wireless earphones, the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones, combining Louis Vuitton’s iconic designs with our elevated sound technology.
Louis Vuitton has partnered with Master & Dynamic for the Horizon Earphones which will come in four colors: black, white or red Monogram print or yellow/blue LV stripes. In terms of the hardware, the Horizon Earphones are built with PVD-coated stainless steel acoustic enclosures which house 10mm beryllium drivers, the same ones found in Master & Dynamic’s MW07 True Wireless Earphones. The charging case is supposed to mirror the design of the Louis Vuitton Tambour Horizon watch and provides a 10 hour battery charge.
So the moral of this story is a familiar one: People are willing to pay for exclusivity, even if it’s simply the price tag itself that ensures a product will end up in very few hands … or ears. And, much like Christian Louboutin’s famously red-soled shoes, if the product question can communicate its exclusivity to the world in the blink of an eye (as the distinctive LV logo certainly does), so much the better. Just don’t forget, unlike the company’s over-the-top luggage that you can outfit with an optional $370 tracker, if one or both of your Horizon buds go missing, you’ll need to fork over another $1,000.
Best LED Portable Projector 2017 | Pocket Projector, If you want to buy cheap mini projector, you will love this and enjoy the LED and its resolution.
I love two things at my house and work, being outside and movie nights with my mini Portable Projector. For me the past year or so, I have wanted the option to have outdoor movie nights and be able to use a mini projector with high definition. I started looking for mini projectors that could accommodate this need, and I came across this cheap projector.
I went with the built in battery option which I highly recommend so that you could enjoy using it outside or on the go. I am so glad that I did! The setup is very simple, and the picture quality is great.
I have also tried in indoors which is also nice. Just know that you need it to be very dark for it to work well. Also, it is a smaller option, so it is not like watching a big screen, but for a family of 5, it is excellent.
No different than watching a movie on a smaller TV screen. I am planning to take it with us on our camping trip, which should be a lot of fun. For me, movie nights just got a lot better thanks to this mini-projector!

Bluetooth speakers are one of the popular and pervasive products currently swarming the market. Bluetooth speakers are presently the surest bets to make a quick buck however, BenQ trevolo s is different.
When I first pulled it out of the box I got concerned that the size was going to be reflective of the sound. That concern was all for nothing as the Bose itself sounds incredible! Full of life and base. I set it up in my bedroom and now listen to music as I get ready for the day or wind down at night.
Easily pair your smartphone or tablet with treVolo S by lightly touching your device to the N mark on treVolo S.
If you picture “Bluetooth speaker” in your brain, you are almost certain to conjure up a very plain black or very very dark gray brick, with a perforated front and near-invisible control buttons. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of these clone-like bricks in the market. Heck, I have at least three of them in the house as I type this. But, I’ve been given the opportunity to try out a speaker from BenQ; the treVolo-S.
Bluetooth speakers are one of the most popular and pervasive hi-fi products currently swarming the market. They are currently the surest bets to make ‘a fast buck’ since the early days of the recent headphone resurgence. Because of this, everyone – and I mean everyone – has, is or will be releasing one to an increasingly bemused and befuddled public. BenQ is a different matter, of course. This Taiwanese company is a multi-national. Anyone who has ever own an Acer PC will have had a tentative contact with BenQ because the latter was created from the former back in 2001. They’re a powerful outfit, they even bought Siemens mobile phone wing back in 2005 so cash is floating around in buckets. The problem with BenQ is just that, though. It is not a specialist hi-fi outfit. It does a bit of everything. Mobile phones and cameras are just two of its lines. After it bought Zowie Gear, computing gaming hardware was on the agenda. Get the picture? Bluetooth speakers make up the numbers.
Paul Rigby – https://theaudiophileman.com/trevolo-s/
We here at AtReef.com absolutely love the Trevolo-s by BenQ. This speaker sounds absolutely amazing, and I have to say that it looks like a BOSS. Hallelujah! What a spectacular speaker! This speaker sound is crystal clear inside and out, charge lasts and lasts, and I even use it at work to play sound effects and music. Also, the compact size is just perfect for traveling but don’t let the size fool you. It’s a powerhouse.
BenQ is a brand you’re probably familiar with as a manufacturer of computer monitors and home theater projectors. It also makes the WiT –the most expensive LED desk lamp I’ve every tested. The company would like music lovers to now that it’s also in the portable speaker game. But as with many of its products, BenQ is taking a very unique approach. I just wrapped up testing the treVolo S, billed as “the world’s smallest Bluetooth electrostatic speaker.”

Review and unboxing of GENKI, the Bluetooth Audio Device for Switch, I would highly recommend GENKI for anyone that wants to use Bluetooth headphones.
If you have a Bluetooth headphone or a shiny pair of Airpods the GENKI is the only device that can make it happen today.
If you can, use any wireless headphones that are Apt X LL compatible, that will give you a better experience with a reduced lag (AirPod are not compatible). For an added bonus, it will also work on your MacBook or tablet with a USB-C port or even the new iPhone.
The device is truly solid and will likely last you a long time, probably longer than your Switch itself lol. If you find yourself using Tabletop mode, definitely opt for the optional stand as well, you will need it too.
If you want to use the Bluetooth headphones in the docked mode then purchase the optional accessory dock connector with it, but keep in mind it will be a bit difficult to use a mic in that scenario.
-Pairing is dead simple. All you have to do is hold down a button on the device, and pair it with your headphones once. After it is initially paired, it will automatically re-connect every time you plug it in, assuming it can find your headphones in range.
-Speaking of the buttons, GENKI offers a variety of color options that can match your Switch’s Joy-Cons (I chose Neon Red/Neon Blue). It is a small detail that really goes a long way IMO.
-Build Quality is excellent. The device is solid, but not heavy. It can withstand quite a bit of dropping and there is nothing that can easily break off.
-The packaging is incredible. The device comes in a custom version of a Switch game case – Room for the device, an optional mic (that fits in the aux port), an optional stand, an optional dock connector (USB-A to USB-C) and 4 switch games. You could not ask for more functional packaging – fits in perfectly with your physical game collection. And yes, the outside label is a matching red with the rest of your games. Two stickers were included, which I found unnecessary, but it’s not a big deal.
-Audio Quality is GOOD. Not stunning, but pretty good all things considering. I am not an audiophile, but in my experience the sound was comparable to regular headphones.
-There is power passthrough on the device, meaning you can charge the Switch while using bluetooth headphones. Pretty cool!
-Also if it wasn’t already obvious, the fact the device is USB-C means that you do not need to charge it. It draws power from the Switch, and as far as I can tell, the power consumption is minimal.
Review: Genki Bluetooth Audio Adapter for Nintendo Switch
One of my favorite features on other video game consoles has been the ability to stream audio from the console to some headphones instead of through your television. With the Nintendo Switch in portable mode you have the option of plugging in a 3.5mm jack headphone for audio, but when when docked the options are extremely slim. In a world of cell phones and other devices that are removing that audio jack quicker then ever, carrying around multiple headphones simply isn’t an option. Enter Genki the successful bluetooth audio adapter Kickstarter project from Human Things. It’s goal is simple, deliver great wireless audio for you and optionally a friend directly from your Nintendo Switch. James Montemagno
To wrap things up the best part of the Genki is that it delivers on the promise of great bluetooth audio from your Nintendo Switch directly to your ears. The entry price for some may be a bit high at $40-60 based on what bundle you get, but considering all of the perks the Genki has especially in a small apartment I have to say it is a must own accessory.
DJI Osmo Pocket the smallest 3-axis stabilized handheld camera ever designed. Compact and Intelligent Osmo Pocket turns any of your moment into a cinematic memory. In just seconds, Osmo Pocket lets you share your life anywhere, anytime.
A charming, unique little camera that mostly overcomes the limitations of its tiny size to produce impressive, cinematic video
Needs accessories to unlock its full potential Autofocus can occasionally be sluggish Audio quality is only average Not waterproof without a case No live streaming
Shoots smooth stabilized video in all lighting conditions Incredibly compact and genuinely pocketable App offers lots of depth and versatility Great vlogging mode Good battery life for its size
What is the DJI Osmo Pocket?
The Osmo Pocket is the world’s smallest 4K camera with a three-axis mechanical gimbal.
Designed for vloggers, YouTubers and budding Edgar Wrights, it’s about the size of a Mars bar and weighs just 116g.
The Osmo Pocket’s camera and gimbal are similar to the one found on the DJI Mavic Air drone, with the Pocket having a brighter f/2.0 aperture to boost low light performance and a slightly narrower 25.7mm focal length.
This recorder is surprisingly small and light voice recorder that captures voice clearly. It size is (4 x 1.5 x .325 inches,1.7 ounces). Also, extremely easy to use and set up on the go, the manual is even not needed. The built-in USB charger computer connection is well designed. It is sliding into the recorder’s body smoothly and reliably when not in use. There are no cords to break or lose. There are so many settings for the recorder, such as meeting, interview, lecture, etc. I put it on auto and was extremely pleased with the results.
To give it a difficult test, I put it in my pocket in a soft sleeve and went to an outdoor garage sale. Though you could hear some of the rustling noise from my pants fabric, it was minor, and it picked up the conversations clearly enough to be discernible in this difficult environment. However, I don’t recommend using it this way. Putting it on a belt pouch would definitely give excellent results with little or no rustling noises. If you’d like to keep your interviews unobtrusive, this is a great way to do it. You don’t need to put it in someone’s face like a microphone to get a clear recording.
Put a large memory card (micro SD) into its available card slot, and you can quickly capture thousands of hours of recording. The internal battery lasts for more than one day of continuous recording and charges easily and quickly from any USB charger. Plug it into a portable USB power bank, and you can extend the recording time to many days or weeks of continuous recording if necessary. Not using throw-away batteries saves size and weight. It saves the recorded files in a standard Mp3 format that any computer or smartphone can utilize. Highly recommended for clear voice recording, meetings, interviews or personal notes. An excellent device for a modest price.
Note: if you’ve never used a voice recorder, don’t be fooled into thinking that your smartphone can replace one. A phone is designed to capture voice at very close range and picks up a lot of unwanted noise. Voice recorders are designed to capture the specific sound frequencies of voice and suppress unwanted extraneous noises like wind and machine hum.
The UX560 is similar to our previous, now-discontinued pick, also from Sony. In a new round of testing in mid-2017, the UX560 received the highest overall ratings from our panel of test listeners. It produces clear, understandable audio in classroom, quiet office, and noisy coffee shop settings. It also offers a better collection of features than the other models we tested, with an easy-to-navigate menu system, a bright backlit screen, 39 hours of recording time (in MP3 format), 27-hour battery life, voice-activated recording to pause and restart after silences, and a pop-out USB 3.0 connector that lets you recharge the recorder and transfer files to a computer easily. Like many of the other recorders we looked at, it comes with an adequate amount of onboard storage (4 GB) but accepts microSD cards, so you can record and store hundreds of hours of recorded audio should you need it. The UX560 is also the slimmest recorder we tested—at 0.43 inch thick it can easily fit in a shirt or pants pocket.
